Texas flavor around!
I ate squealin bull sandwich and potato chips with unsweet ice tea;
This squealin is a combination of pull pork and brisket -

Food: This BBQ is crazy good! The pulled pork sandwich, mac & cheese, sweet potato fries, regular fries, green beans, baked beans, cornbread, etc. are all amazing! It really is the best BBQ in Westminster.
Price: Great pricing for the cowboy platter, think it's about $15 for a sandwich two sides and cornbread with a drink.
Atmosphere: Local and country feel! Suits the food they serve there it really looks great well decorated, I also like the outside seating they provide.
Customer Service: The one man who always serves us is very friendly and always very helpful, just all around very nice staff! -

Loved the cornbread, baked beans, and cole slaw but not the meat. I hear some like to eat mostly fat but I can't do it. It's gross to me. That was the majority of the meat they gave me. I told someone and she told me people come here just for that. That's not what a customer who is saying they don't like all the fat wants to hear. She got me some actual pieces of meat with alot less fat but my opinion was formed after that comment. That was my first time there and probably the last. I was hoping it would be better.

My first visit to this establishment at lunch time and there was no waiting at the counter. The menu is pretty full with a variety if items. I ordered the brisket platter to go, and the price was a little over $14.00 which seems steep. I was expecting brisket, but what I received was a brisket sandwich. At first I was disappointed with the platter. When I tasted the brisket, it was amazing. Even better were the beans. I am not a baked bean fan, but for some reason I wanted these today. The beans are 10 stars. After this sampling, I will definitely go back!!

Employees are always friendly and efficient. Great atmosphere and food. I especially like the sweet potato fries and baked beans. Nice selection of sauces at the tables. Free soft drink refills. This is my go-to BBQ place.
